The Jamestown Unit has been open since September 2003 and is located at 300Lackawanna Street and Alleghany Avenue in the JamestownVillageApartment Complex in Reading, PA. The Club is open Monday to Friday from 3:00 to 7:00PM. and when school is closed we are open from 12 to 4:00PM. The Jamestown Unit currently has 50 enrolled members and has new members enrolling each day.We are thankful for the support of Preservation Management and their staff.

Programs at Jamestown

Power Hour a homework tutoring program where members are offered help with homework assignments.

The Reading Rewards Program which offers incentive prizes to members who read the most books each month.

Kids Café- our after school meal program members are feed a free meal each day

Wanna Play- a fitness program for members held at the Glenside School gym

Flag Football – a football program for 10 to 12 year old boys, the games are held at Body Zone Fitness Center.

Netsmartz – our organizations Internet Safety Computer course program.

Outside Fitness & Sports Activities held in the lot behind the club building

Computer Lab- used for homework,research, and internet surfing.

We also offer Arts & Crafts, Ping Pong, Pool, table and board games, video games, and movie nights and many other activities we invite all the children and of the area and their parents to stop and in and tour the club and meet the staff.
