Empower Me is an initiative at the PAL Unit to expose young people to adult role models within the community who have exhibited outstanding work and life values on a consistent basis.

We want to introduce adult female and male role models to our youth in order for them to emulate their outstanding character and value systems.

Club members learn about the impact that hard work, a quality education, and exhibiting a strong character has on their vocational careers and personal lives.
